DepEd Union Applauds High Ratings, Vows Continued Collaboration for Education Reform

"We are deeply appreciative of the unwavering trust and support shown by the Filipino people," said DepEd NEU President Ronald Francisco. "These positive ratings are a testament to the harmonious collaboration between DepEd management and our dedicated teaching and non-teaching workforce."

The survey, conducted by research firm OCTA, ranked DepEd as the most trusted government agency in the Philippines, garnering an 84% trust rating. The Department also received an 81% satisfaction rating.

Francisco attributed this success to the "harmonious synergy" between DepEd and its employees. "Our members are the backbone of the education system," he stressed. "Their dedication and hard work are crucial in ensuring quality education for all Filipino children."

Looking forward, DepEd NEU committed to remaining a strong advocate for education workers and actively participating in DepEd initiatives.

"We pledge to continue collaborating with the Department in addressing challenges in education," said Francisco. "We will be the consistent voice of our educators and workers, championing the improvement of the basic education landscape."

The Union also expressed confidence in its ability to contribute to the continued success of the Philippine education system. "With the support of our members, partners, and the Filipino people, we are confident that we can make a positive difference," Francisco concluded.
