Department of Health Announces Scholarship for Master’s in Health Governance
The Department of Health (DOH), through its Health Human Resource Development Bureau, has announced an exciting opportunity for government employees seeking further education in public health management. The DOH is inviting applications for a master’s degree program in Public Management, specializing in Health Governance.
This initiative is part of the Department’s Local In-service Scholarship, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the country’s health sector workforce. The scholarship is open to applicants who meet the following criteria:
- Must be a permanent government employee with at least one year of service.
- Must hold a position of at least Salary Grade 15.
- Must have completed at least 75% of their service obligation for any previous scholarships received.
- Must not have been a recipient of any local or foreign scholarship within the last six months.
