Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP) for SY 2024-2025: Application and Billing Timeline

This blog post provides important information for those interested in applying for the Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP) for the School Year (SY) 2024-2025. It also outlines the billing statement processing schedule for participating private schools.

Application Timeline

  • May 16, 2024: Start of Application
  • June 2, 2024: Deadline for Creation of OVAP account
  • June 4, 2024: Deadline for Submission of Documentary Requirements and Deadline for Application
  • July 12, 2024: Posting of Application Result and start of releasing of Qualified Voucher Applicant QVA certificate
  • August 30, 2024: Deadline for learners under Category E (ALS A&E Test passers) and Category F (PEPT passers) to submit completion certificates through OVAP.

Billing Statement Processing Timeline

  • September 1, 2024: Opens the Voucher Management System (VMS) and Information Management System (IMS) for creating billing statements for both SHS VP and Educational Service Contracting (ESC).
  • November 8, 2024: Deadline for creating billing statements for SHS VP and ESC.
  • November 15 & 22, 2024: Deadlines for submitting billing statements for SHS VP and ESC to PEAC Regional Secretariat (RS) and PEAC National Secretariat (NS), respectively.
  • November 29, 2024: Deadline for submitting billing statements for SHS VP and ESC to the Government Assistance and Subsidies Service (GASS).

Teachers' Salary Subsidy (TSS) Billing Statement Processing Timeline

  • February 1, 2025: Opens the Information Management System (IMS) for creating billing statements for TSS.
  • March 28, 2025: Deadline for creating billing statements for TSS.
  • April 4 & 11, 2025: Deadlines for submitting billing statements for TSS to PEAC Regional Secretariat (RS) and PEAC National Secretariat (NS), respectively.
  • April 25, 2025: Deadline for submitting billing statements for TSS to GASS.
