Here is the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) Survey Link

Under Executive Order No. 64, s. 2024, signed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr., starting in fiscal year 2025, DepEd staff (including public school teachers) will be eligible for an annual medical allowance of up to Php 7,000. This allowance aims to subsidize the cost of health maintenance organization (HMO)-type benefits, offering you more comprehensive healthcare coverage.

This increased support for your well-being doesn't stop there. To understand your preferences and gather data on your HMO needs, the Employee Welfare Division (EWD) under the Bureau of Human Resources and Organizational Development (BHROD) is conducting an online survey.

Here's how you can participate:

  • Who can participate? All permanent/regular/plantilla DepEd employees – teaching and non-teaching personnel, regardless of rank, gender, age, ethnicity, and including Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) – across all governance levels.
  • What is the survey about? The survey aims to assess your preferences and gather feedback on medical service options. This data will be crucial in determining the best approach to utilize the new medical allowance.
