GSIS Introduces Ginhawa Payment Services for Enhanced Customer Experience
In a bid to better serve its members, pensioners, and general clientele, the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has introduced a wide array of Ginhawa payment services. Whether online or over-the-counter, the GSIS Ginhawa Payment Services aim to provide comfort and ease in making payments with the institution.
Bayad, with over 40,000 touch points nationwide, offers services 24/7, providing all GSIS members easy access to this alternative loan payment channel. Payments accepted include service loans, underpaid accounts, delayed payments, and accounts already in default. Members with arrears or accounts in default may opt to pay more than what is due, which will be treated as an advance payment on their loan account. Payments at the Bayad center will be posted by GSIS in real time, with payors receiving confirmation through SMS within 24 hours from receipt of the payment.
Landbank of the Philippines, one of the premier banks in the country, makes paying loans and non-life insurance easy through its online banking service.
MLhuillier, known as a pawnshop and remittance center, has over 3,000 payment centers nationwide. It has branched out to receive payments for various companies, and now the government sector, with GSIS now part of its roster of payment partners.
Unionbank, one of the servicing bank partners of GSIS, offers various ways to pay via their online web portal and mobile app.
Aside from these payment facilities, other modes of payment available to GSIS members are through agency remittance and over-the-counter payment at any of the GSIS branch offices.
The GSIS also offers a variety of service loans, including the Enhanced Salary Loan, Emergency Loan Assistance, Summer One Month Salary Loan, eCard Cash Advance, Enhanced Consoloan, Emergency Loan, Home Emergency Loan Program, Study Now, Pay Later Loan, Fly PAL, Pay Later Loan, Educational Assistance Loan, Stock Purchase Loan, Regular Policy Loan, Optional Policy Loan, GSIS Financial Assistance Loan, Program for Restructuring and Repayment of Debts, and Multi-Purpose Loan.
