Special Non-Working Days Declared in Several Municipalities for April 2024 Celebrations

In a series of proclamations, Executive Secretary Lucas P. Bersamin, by authority of President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., has declared special non-working days in several municipalities across the Philippines in April 2024.


Proclamation No. 505 declares Tuesday, 23 April 2024, a special non-working day in the Municipality of Plaridel, Province of Bulacan, in commemoration of the "Battle Of Quingua".

Proclamation No. 504 declares Thursday, 11 April 2024, a special non-working day in the Municipality of Dolores, Province of Quezon, to celebrate its 189th Founding Anniversary.

Proclamation No. 503 declares Monday, 08 April 2024, a special non-working day in Mountain Province, to mark its Founding Anniversary.

Proclamation No. 502 declares Friday, 05 April 2024, a special non-working day in the Municipality of Lamut, Province of Ifugao, to celebrate its Founding Anniversary.

Proclamation No. 501 declares Thursday, 04 April 2024, a special non-working day in the Municipality of Laak, Province of Davao de Oro, to mark its 45th Founding Anniversary.

Proclamation No. 500 declares Monday, 01 April 2024, a special non-working day in the City of Tanjay, Province of Negros Oriental, to celebrate its Charter Anniversary.

These proclamations are intended to allow the people of these municipalities to fully participate in and enjoy the respective celebrations. The Executive Secretary made the proclamations in the City of Manila on the 19th day of March, 2024.
