The Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Iloilo Branch recently celebrated a significant milestone in the life of one of their old age pensioners, Ma’am Fe, who turned 100 this April.
In recognition of her centennial birthday, a special team from GSIS Iloilo paid a visit to Ma’am Fe at her home in Janiuay, Iloilo. The team, led by LESU Team Leader Cora Marie Ealdama, Claims Staff Officer Leah Fe Gulpany, and OBM Staff Fritz John Lapating, brought along a birthday cake, a gift bag, and a special monetary gift.
In honor of her 100 years of existence, GSIS credited Fifty Thousand pesos to Ma’am Fe’s account. This is part of the GSIS’s milestone benefits program, which grants Php20,000.00 on the 90th birthday, Php30,000.00 on the 95th birthday, and Php50,000.00 on the 100th birthday to qualified pensioners.
The visit was a heartwarming occasion, not just for Ma’am Fe and her family, but also for the GSIS Iloilo team, underscoring the institution’s commitment to its members, even beyond their years of service.
This event highlights GSIS’s dedication to honoring and supporting its pensioners, particularly those who have reached significant milestones in their lives. It serves as a testament to GSIS’s commitment to its members, ensuring they are celebrated and cared for even in their golden years.
