- Total Number of School Days: 277 days
- Number of Christmas Vacation Days: 18 days (December 16, 2023 to January 2, 2024)
- Number of Long Vacation Days: 58 days (June 1 to July 28, 2024)
- Total Number of Vacation Days: 76 days (Christmas vacation days + Long vacation days)
- Actual Number of School Days (excluding Christmas break): 259 days (Total Number of School Days - Christmas Vacation Days)

The factor of 0.224 (58 days divided by 259 days) should be used to compute the PVP of teachers with absences during the school year.
