The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 516 out of 811 examinees passed the Physical Therapists Licensure Examination (PTLE) given this June 2024 in Metro Manila, Baguio, Cebu, and Davao. The results were released in just two working days after the exams.
Online Registration for Professional ID and Certificate
Starting July 22, 2024, successful examinees can register online for the issuance of their Professional Identification Card (ID) and Certificate of Registration at the PRC website (www.prc.gov.ph). Instructions for initial registration will be available on the website.
Requirements for Online Registration
- Downloaded and accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
- Notice of Admission (for identification only)
- Two (2) passport-sized colored pictures with white background and complete name tag
- Two (2) sets of documentary stamps
- One (1) short brown envelope
