Dubbed "Bagong Pilipinas," the event transforms the open fields of Burnham Green in Roxas Boulevard, Manila, into a vibrant celebration of Filipino culture, history, and cuisine.

The festival boasts a variety of attractions free for the public.
- Challenge yourself: Test your skills on the Kalayaan Obstacle Course, designed in collaboration with the Pilipinas Obstacle Sport Federation.
- Support Local: Discover unique Filipino products at the Love Lokal Tiangge, organized by the Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Social Welfare and Development, and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology.
- Taste the Nation: Witness culinary battles at the Kusina Warrior competition, co-presented by TESDA, DTI, and the Department of Agriculture. Student cooks and government officials will showcase their talents in creating the best Adobo and Pancit.
- Musical Delights: Enjoy free concerts featuring renowned Filipino artists. Rocksteddy kicks off the party on June 10th, followed by The Juans and Plethora on June 11th. The grand finale on June 12th features the popular girl group Bini.

- Spicy Delights: Spice enthusiasts can revel in the annual festivities organized by the Chili Federation group, featuring labuyo eating contests, displays and sales of chili plants and products.
Government Services at Your Fingertips
The "Pampamahalaang Program at Serbisyo" on June 10th and 11th brings together 41 government agencies and NGOs at the park's Central Lagoon. This one-stop hub offers medical clinics, fresh produce, passport appointment bookings, NBI clearances, artisanal delicacies, children's activities, educational exhibitions, games, and contests.
Grand Parade and Closing Ceremony
The highlight of the festival is the "Parada ng Kalayaan" on June 12th. This grand parade features 22 floats from various provinces and national government agencies, narrating the story of 11 significant events in the fight for Philippine independence. Additionally, the floats will depict the origin stories of the 10 original branches and cabinet departments of the first Philippine republic.
The parade will culminate in a program hosted by Paolo Bediones and Isabelle Daza, starting at 5 p.m. on June 12th.
