The Land Transportation Office (LTO) announced today, June 10, 2024, the deployment of its E-Patrol Services at Rizal Park in Manila for a two-day processing event in celebration of the 126th Philippine Independence Day.
The E-Patrol services will be available from today, June 10th, until tomorrow, June 11th, to provide Manila residents with easier access to driver's license renewals and other LTO services.
"This initiative supports President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.'s commitment to bring government services closer to the people under his 'Bagong Pilipinas' program," said LTO Chief, Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II.
"It also aligns with Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Jaime J. Bautista's directive to ensure faster and more convenient services across all DOTr agencies," added Assec. Mendoza.
In addition to driver's license renewals, the E-Patrol Services will also accept applications for student permits and address public concerns through its Public Assistance Complaints Desk.
"We can also assist clients with their LTMS Portal concerns, such as password changes and account retrieval," said Assec. Mendoza.
He encouraged residents to take advantage of the E-Patrol Services, designed to offer a faster and more comfortable transaction experience.
Assec. Mendoza reminded applicants to bring all necessary documents, including birth certificates, valid IDs, Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) certificates for student permit applications, and proof of passing the Comprehensive Driver's Education (CDE) exam.
"The LTO family joins the Filipino people in celebrating our 126th Independence Day. By bringing our services closer to the public, we express our solidarity with this momentous occasion," said Assec. Mendoza.
"We are committed to continuously improve public service delivery as part of the significant transformation underway under President Marcos' Bagong Pilipinas vision," he concluded.
