What to prepare for your application:

Signed application letter specifying the position title, salary grade, and preferred work location. You can apply for up to two positions.
Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet (PDS) with a recent ID picture, wet-signed, and notarized (CSC Form No. 212, Revised 2017). Refer to the provided guide for proper completion.
Scanned copies of your work experience sheet, proof of eligibility, transcript of records, diploma, relevant training certificates (if any), performance review (if applicable), and affidavit of informed consent.
