Work is an important part of our lives. It gives us the opportunity to use our skills, earn a living, and connect with others. However, work can also be a source of stress and anxiety.
The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) is conducting a study on mental health in the workplace. This study aims to identify risk factors that contribute to stress and anxiety across different industries.
We want to hear from you! If you are a worker in the BPO, Food Service Activities (Restaurant & Fast Food), Manufacturing, or Wholesale & Retail industries, we invite you to participate in our survey. Your responses will help us understand the impact of work on mental health for Filipino employees.
Here are some questions you can expect in the survey:
- What type of work do you do?
- How often do you experience stress or anxiety at work?
- What things cause you stress or anxiety at work?
- How do you cope with stress and anxiety caused by your work?
The survey is completely anonymous and your answers will be kept confidential.
