Originally scheduled for September 12th, the drill has been rescheduled to Thursday, September 26th, 2024 at 9:00 AM. This change is being made to allow for a more comprehensive and impactful drill experience.
Why the Reschedule?
The decision to reschedule reflects a commitment to ensuring the most effective earthquake preparedness exercise possible. This allows participants to fully engage in the drill and practice their response strategies.
What You Need to Do
- Mark your calendars! The 3rd Quarter NSED will take place on September 26th, 2024 at 9:00 AM.
- Prepare! Review earthquake safety protocols with your family, colleagues, or classmates.
- Participate! Actively participate in the drill at your workplace, school, or community.
- Practice Makes Perfect! Treat this drill as a valuable opportunity to test your response plan and identify areas for improvement.
