1. Employer Details

  • Employer ID No. – A unique 12-digit number assigned to a registered employer, starting with “2.” Ensure no hyphens or spaces are included.

  • Employer/Business Name – The registered name of the employer.

  • Employer/Business Address – The physical address of the business.

  • Contact Number – An active phone number of the employer.

  • Email Address – An active email address for communication.

  • Total Remittance – The total amount being remitted to Pag-IBIG Fund.

2. Employee Information

  • MID No. – A unique 12-digit number assigned to a Pag-IBIG member, starting with “1.”

  • MP2 Account No. – A unique 12-digit number for members enrolled in the Modified Pag-IBIG II (MP2) Savings, starting with “5.”

  • Membership Program – Indicate the appropriate program:

    • Pag-IBIG I Savings – Enter “F1.”

    • MP2 Savings – Enter “M2.”

  • Last Name – The member’s family name or surname.

  • First Name – The given name of the member.

  • Name Extension – If applicable (e.g., Jr, II, III). Do not include a period.

  • Middle Name – The mother’s maiden last name or, for married women, the father’s last name. Complete middle names must be used; avoid nicknames, second names, or initials.

  • PerCov (Period Covered) – The remittance coverage period in YYYYMM format (e.g., January 2024 = “202401”).

  • Monthly Compensation – The employee’s basic salary, including allowances. (For Pag-IBIG I remittance only.)

  • ER Share (Employer Share) – The employer’s counterpart savings or contributions. (For Pag-IBIG I remittance only.)

  • EE Share (Employee Share) – The employee’s contributions.

  • Remarks – Indicate employment status:

    • Deceased – “D”

    • Leave Without Pay/AWOL – “L”

    • Newly Hired – “N”

    • Resigned/Separated – “RS”

    • Retired – “RT”


Important Guidelines for MSRF Remittance

  1. Separate Entries for Pag-IBIG I and MP2 – If an employee has both Pag-IBIG I and MP2 savings, two separate lines must be completed.

  2. Required Data for Pag-IBIG I Remittance:

    • MID No.

    • Membership Program

    • Last Name, First Name, and Middle Name

    • Period Covered

    • Monthly Compensation

    • ER Share

    • EE Share

    • Remarks (if applicable)

  3. Required Data for MP2 Remittance:

    • MID No.

    • MP2 Account No.

    • Membership Program

    • Last Name, First Name, and Middle Name

  4. Kasambahay Contributions – Must be filed separately from formal sector employees. A separate remittance file should be submitted.

  5. File Format Requirements:

    • Submit the MSRF in Excel format (PDF or Word files will not be accepted).

    • Save the soft copy on a USB/Flash Drive or email it to the concerned branch.

    • Ensure the submission is made at the appropriate Pag-IBIG branch for processing.
